I am a board-certified psychiatrist and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. I previously served in the United States Army for eight years on active duty, where I had the privilege of treating service members and their families. During that time, I focused on helping individuals manage symptoms related to depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and challenging life transitions.
I have a passion for connecting with my patients and supporting them through turbulent periods while fostering personal growth and resilience. My approach combines supportive therapy, client-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy, along with cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. I also provide medication management as part of a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan.

Dr Rumble was fantastic. A close and empathetic listener, I felt he was able to truly hear me and get to the heart of the matter. Office staff was also lovely and friendly and the waiting room was very calming. I left feeling great about the care I received during my visit.

Phenomenal Doctor and psychiatrist! He really helped me with my ADHD and allowed me to talk and get everything out that I needed to in the manner that he was able to help and actually guide me through the best steps of medication to help me out. I couldn't recommend him enough.

I’m so happy with my choice of Dr. Rumble as my provider. He is the BEST provider I have seen in years. You can tell he is very kind, compassionate and truly cares for his patients well being. I have seen my fair share of mental health professionals in my life. I have always struggled opening up and sharing my feelings and experiences with them. I did not have that problem with Dr Rumble. I spilled my guts essentially and he was so calm and caring, I actually felt comfortable opening up. It’s the first time I’ve ever had that feeling with a doctor. I am so grateful to have found a good psychiatrist!
He is an amazing listener first off. He takes his time getting to know you and your history. He was very empathetic and really made me feel like he was hearing what I was saying. I didn’t feel in any way rushed or judged, or even embarrassed. I cannot recommend him enough. He was so validating of my experiences.
Another thing of note is how nice the people working there are! They are very friendly and welcoming. I appreciate a good front desk, especially at a doctors office
