She was unclear in her medication suggestions and dosage. When I went back for an adjustment she told me that she never said what she did during our first appointment. While I was crying and on the verge of a panic attack with my daughters with me, she told me I guess you’ll just have to find a psychiatrist. I’ve never met a provider with worse bedside manner or less compassion. I’m suffering from severe depression right now and she left me with zero resources in an incredibly unstable and emotional state. I hope she is ashamed of herself and her practice, but given her demeanor, I highly doubt it.

Extremely unprofessional experience. My pre-surgical testing appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM, yet I was not seen until around 8:30, and the doctor did not come into the room until approximately 8:45.
During the visit, I asked a simple question about whether I should take my birth control before surgery since I was instructed not to have water. Instead of providing guidance, I was told, “We don’t do gynecology here. We don’t do birth control. You’d have to ask your gynecologist.” Considering this appointment was specifically for surgical clearance, I found that response dismissive and unhelpful.
This was my second experience at this office, and unfortunately, I will be looking for a new doctor. Between the inattentiveness, lack of professionalism, and excessive wait time, the care provided was not worth it. I would recommend saving your time and looking elsewhere.
