Alk the staff were courteous and friendly. Dr.Griffin listened carefully to my concerns and asked relevant questions regarding my asthma onset, symptoms and prior treatment. She determined a treatment plan that I was comfortable with, including referral to an allergist for testing.

I liked the nurse who did i take with me because she was kind and listened well. She was also personable. Reception was also very warm and friendly and helpful. Dr. Griffin gave me space to answer all her questions thoroughly and I was able to give contextual information I might have forgotten to provide when she asked follow up questions.

Odd. Waiting room felt like a tv set of a waiting room. Very cold and uncomfortable. I went for a physical and received none of the exams I have received at a physical before. No reflex testing, no physical testing at all. They literally walked in, asked a few questions, sent me to bloodwork, then I went home. Next thing I know I’m being told to buy medications. I never even got to see my own blood test results, I was just told what they said by a woman I have never seen before over a video chat I was charged for. She recommended meds that I will not be taking as I do not feel like I was actually seen by a medical professional. This was not a physical, this was two nurses rushing me in and out of an office with no concern for anything I had to say. Hard pass.

Everyone was friendly. Dr. Griffin Made me feel heard. Showed concerned. Just had to wait an hour because my registration wasn’t completed prior to coming in. So I guess that was on me. Please complete your registration to cut down your wait time.

It was a good experience but I do feel like all she did was recommend me to other professionals to diagnose my issue which costs me more money, and didn’t really do anything influential because those referrals costed me outrageous prices at the recommended appointments. Just felt like she was more of a middle-man than a doctor trying to genuinely help me.

Jamie in the front was absolutely awful. Took an hour to be seen, and was not helped at all. Was super communicative about what I needed before the appointment, and I got no help regarding what I came in for. 0/5 experience.

This office was well run for the most part a little slow when we first arrived but once paper work was turned in things went well. Friendly staff and Dr. Griffin was exceptional, she listened didn’t rush my son and came up with a good plan for him. Would recommend her to others, actually I’m needing a new physician as my insurance has changed I may look into seeing her as well.

Dr. Griffin was great…along with her staff it was a seamless visit. She took care of my current situation and made follow up appointments to review my lab results and made appointments for future exams.
