She also trained at Samra Acupuncture Clinic during her Master’s program. Since 1997, Angela has maintained a successful acupuncture practice in San Francisco. She is a 5th Level Instructor in South Shaolin Qi Gong and is in the Hall of Fame for over 30 years in Martial and Healing Arts. Angela founded the first Qi Gong classes at UC San Francisco and UC Berkeley. Her current classes are held at Kaiser San Francisco. Her passion for Qi Gong inspired her to deepen her understanding of Chinese Medicine. In her practice, Angela uses the Balance Method shared by the late Dr. Richard Tan, OMD. She completed curriculum from the Academy of Orthopedic Acupuncture and spent time in Beijing, China, treating patients. Angela is a senior student and advanced-level Master Instructor in Shaolin One Finger Qi Gong, taught by Great Grand Master Cai Qiu Bai. She is internationally recognized as a 5th Level Instructor in Shaolin Nei Jing Yi Zhi Chan. Outside of practice and teaching, Angela enjoys horseback riding, martial arts, playing the ukulele, and spending time with her family, which includes five humans, two dogs, four cats, and one horse.
