Most relevant
I was never contacted prior to my appointment so I was not aware of any registration paperwork needed and that I needed to fast. The staff at the front desk was not particularly welcoming and neither was the interior, very uncomfortable and empty feeling. I was not seen by the provider I booked, again not contacted beforehand to see if I wanted to reschedule. The provider I did see tried to convince me that all my problems could be solved with supplements and testosterone (none of it backed by evidence based science). I am very worried for the men who get their care from here.
