About Dr. Angela Macri
Angela Macri, DO, FAAD, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained dermatologist and Mohs Mircrgraphic Surgeon specializing in full-service skin care and dermatology for patients of all ages. As a key member of Integrated Dermatology of North Raleigh in Raleigh, North Carolina, Dr. Macri helps patients improve the health and appearance of their skin with personalized, effective skin care solutions.
Dr. Macri provides effective treatment for a number of common conditions, including psoriasis, eczema, and acne. She looks forward to adding even more innovative and effective skin care solutions to the practice.
Dr. Macri obtained her Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, and her Master’s Degree in medical sciences at the University of South Florida in Tampa. Dr. Macri earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
After completing her medical education, Dr. Macri completed an internship at Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and later spent one year conducting clinical trials research in dermatology. She then attended residency training in dermatology at Sampson Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, North Carolina.
Dr. Macri has also received fellowship training at the Dermatology, Laser & Vein Specialists of the Carolinas in Charlotte, North Carolina. While she was there she learned and performed Mohs surgery, cosmetic injections, and laser techniques. Dr. Macri is certified by the American Board of Dermatology to practice Mohs Micrographic Surgery.
Outside the office, Dr. Macri is new to the Raleigh community and enjoys exploring her new city. She also spends much of her free time with her family.
