I feel dermatologist's offices are the place of extremely short appointments unless something is life threatening. Front desk staff didn't really look me in the eye to greet or speak to me, they were glued to their computers. That being said, the wait time was brief and the check-in process was efficient. Due to the high volume of patient's they see, the waiting room is not peaceful at all. I felt extremely cramped. The assistant that took me to the room, wrote down some brief notes regarding my problem but was kind and had an actual conversation with me. A few minutes later, Dr Glassman came in (fully briefed) and he had an quick visit with me, asked what I'd like to do (I'd had this problem before), quickly reviewed a few options and prescribed a medication. This is exactly what I was expecting and done the way I feel it should've been. I'd go back if I need to but hopefully I don't.
