Dr. Palazzo is very nice. That being said, I will not be returning to her office. She was supposed to either call in or send me 2 prescriptions, which I never received, and when I called her office was told she was on vacation. Also, she had me return for a second visit to review my blood work, which she never did, but instead just said all was good. I had to ask very simple questions just to find out what my numbers were. She treated me in a dismissive manner and I guess was concentrating more on her upcoming vacation. She may be a good Dr., but not for me.
