I know it takes so much courage to finally take a step to refresh your mental health, but I hope to be able to develop a trusting relationship with you that will allow you to feel comfortable & willing to allow me to take this journey back to an optimal mental state with you! During our first visit, I will listen to your concerns, obtain a thorough history, while assessing your needs. I will then provide my clinical expertise, evidence based clinical guidelines and allowing you to actively participate in your treatment plan. My goal is to help you establish your own path to success in regaining your mental health. This is a no judgement zone with confidentiality always respected and maintained.
