This is my second time scheduling for 5pm and I was not seen… it’s 6:15 and im still waiting for a response and the link they gave me doesn’t work.

They were aware of my appointment. After my first appointment that went well I was not scheduled a follow up for my refills. She made me feel connected then abandoned because she failed to comply with her own appointments. I booked 3 appointments and never saw her again. I’m a busy girl who works a lot. She never reaches out to her clients. If you book an appointment good luck seeing her because chances are you won’t or you will be waiting over an hour for nothing. The only way to get in contact is via text. They responded at first to me and said they will contact her. They ghosted me and never contacted me again. This is the worst place to go if you want a reliable psychiatrist or np for simple anxiety meds. DO NOT BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENTS HERE or do so and see for yourself ???????. Perhaps my insurance doesn’t pay them enough but there is no professionalism or integrity. I literally have proof in texts of how they operate. They do not care about mental health they only care about a check.

Angie is very Thoughtful and informative
Verified patientVideo visit
I’m embarrassed for thinking this person wanted to help me. She asked deeply personal questions about my childhood, my sexuality, and the lack of support I receive for problems I can’t control. I don’t usually share that information with people, and now I remember why.
