New patient appointment went as smoothly as possible! Treated well by all staff and were very efficient. No complaints whatsoever.

Office seemed run down, staff seemed to work off a script. A/C only worked in some rooms. Signed all the forms online, yet still had to re-sign all of them there. Printers worked, but stickers were out of order I guess?? Lots of papers of writing personal information repeatedly. I feel that the front desk could have done more with the insurance I provided online ahead of time rather than putting a stack on a clipboard.

It was my first time seeing Dr. Lux and it was a great experience overall. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns without making me feel rushed, she was very genuine and compassionate which in return made me feel confident in her.

Dr. Lux was very nice and attentive. She was knowledgeable on everything I asked and it seemed like she cared. The nurses were also nice. The hospital does have a parking lot but you have to press a button on the left side or call for the gate to open. When I saw the gate was closed I didn't bother figuring it out but good to know for next time.
