“I have visited this practice years ago, but this was my first time with Dr. Aronzon. She was terrific. They conducted a thorough hearing exam prior to my appointment her. She listened to my explanation of why I was there, asked the right questions and was able to diagnose, give me a thorough explanation and treat right away. She provided me with follow up instructions and next steps if the issues persists. As a bonus, the staff were very friendly and there was no wait time once I arrived, even between the hearing exam and the evaluation with Dr. Aronzon. Great experience.

About Dr. Anna Aronzon
Dear prospective patient,
I would like to ensure that your visit is as successful and satisfactory as possible. To achieve that, I want to share a few important thoughts:
1) Our doctor-patient relationship must be based on trust. It is critical that you trust any evaluation or treatment I recommend is offered in your best interest. If for any reason you don’t feel that way, then I am not the right doctor for you, and I encourage you to find another specialist who can fulfill this essential aspect.
2) Mutual respect between you, me, and my staff is paramount. We will always strive to treat you with the utmost respect, and in turn, please be polite to the members of my team. Like me, they genuinely care about your well-being and go out of their way to help you.
3) I strive to run my schedule in a timely manner. However, medical care is not wholly predictable—occasionally a patient may require more of my time and attention. I apologize in advance and ask for your understanding. I give my undivided attention to the patient I am treating, and one day it may be you who needs that extra care. At the same time, I ask that you arrive on time. Should you be delayed, I will do my best to accommodate you.
4) Health care insurance coverage has undergone significant changes in recent years. Patients may now face higher deductibles, copays, and coinsurances. Please educate yourself on your specific coverage and carefully read any forms given at registration.
5) Please bring any test results or reports already done for your problem, as well as any medications that have been tried.
I am committed to providing expert care for your ENT needs. I earned my Doctor of Medicine from Johns Hopkins University, completed an internship in Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania Health System, and finished my residency in Otolaryngology there as well.
