She earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Valencia College in 2004 and completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Central Florida in 2012. Anna had great bedside manner, she knew I was nervous based on my Blood Pressure numbers. Although some of the news she had for me was tough to take in...she gave it without seeming judgmental (as others in the medical field have been).

My visit with Anna was amazing! She took the time to listen to all my concerns and answer all my questions. I have been to places that make me feel like just a number...not here. She showed a genuine concern about me. I finished the visit feeling confident and well informed. I will definitely be sending all my loved ones to see her!

She was argumentative, rude and didn't seem to posses any real knowledge on the subjects we were discussing. I wanted to walk about without paying. My appointment was a waste of time.

She really needs to listen to her patients. Not just disregard how they feel. And I've been to her more than once. Thinking she may have been having a bad day. She seems like a nice person , but i feel she needs to humble herself and not just dismiss what someone is feeling. She can be a bit robotic at times i felt like a science project like she didnt know what to do with me. And kept having to repeat myself every appt. Which had me puzzled with all the times she kept typing in her little computer, The issues that were accruing with me. Every appt felt like the first time. There is nothing wrong with being blunt and honest. But there is nothing wrong with being human as well. I left feeling terrible. I pretty sure she doesn't mean to have patients feel this way. But I wish her a better Care Give than she was to me.

She was very friendly,talked to me while I was getting a Pap smear which made me forget about the awkward situation. I kept asking questions, and she had an answer for all or would ask me for more details to provide better suggestions.

It took a very long time for them to see me. I literally started and finished my physics homework in the doctors room as I was waiting. They were helpful in diagnosing me, however.
