Dr. Kezerashvili was excellent. I was called in right away by the nurse to get a test done and a detailed history. After that I waited a short while and the doctor came out and introduced herself to me and wegot a dialogue going and she listened and asked necessary questions. She is professional and attentive and prompt with getting things done. I live very close to this location and was even happier knowing the service was swift and I was able to do all tests on the spot. Dr. Kezerashvili is incredibly knowledgeable and I highly recommend her.

The office is horrible. It’s tiny and hot. It was overly filled with people waiting to see the doctor after 5pm. Clearly they overbook patients . It felt like the patients were cattle. The cardiologist herself was nice enough however Ifelt like she was trying to scare me. And I don’t respond well to those tactics. I felt she dismissed some of my concerns. Especially ignoring that I am an extremely anxious person. I won’t be going back: I’ll be looking for another cardiologist.

I visited the office located at the 129 Wadsworth, NY, NY. Before seeing the doctor, there’s like a caos! The office assistant doesn’t reflect what I expected; like they don’t care about the patient. There’s no Customer service skills. A littlebit disappointed. But the medical assistant and the doctors as well are highly recommended.

In all fairness, Dr. Kezarashvili herself is very knowledgeable, informative, quick (i.e., she will call to make a referral for you on the spot), and works late and obviously very hard. HOWEVER, her practice is severely degraded due to incompetentfront desk staff -- i.e., women who giggle with each other and gossip instead of working properly and efficiently for Dr. K's patients. Let's start by this. Dr. K made me an appointment and wrote the date down for me in *two separate places*. I called the office in the morning to see if I could move it to an earlier time that day and left a message (no answer). Nobody called me back. I called again in the afternoon to be met with a brain-dead, "What appointment? You're not in our schedule". No apology. Nothing. At my prior appointment, they put me in for a test that was meant for somebody else. ????????? If you come here out of desperation like me (my insurance severely limits me), I'm sorry. The office is overpacked (windows inside are fogged due to human body heat and there aren't enough seats), the technicians don't even say hello or go the extra mile (you'll hear them say, "oh I gotta go catch my bus, no time"). You'll wait 3+ hours and probably travel 2+ hours since the place is far. My advice: hire more competent staff that don't walk around in sweatpants and Uggs to avoid scheduling issues. I would not be able to recommend her because her office is just in shambles with low-intellect staff running the place down.
