The office wasn't anything to write home about, but Dr. Kogan was kind and thorough. I felt like she listened to me and took my concerns seriously. She ordered tests right on the spot rather than waiting, which I liked.
Verified patient
I really like Dr. Kogan, but not so much the facility and front desk. The receptionists were just a little unprofessional, joking about one who came in late and what she was doing the night before. Certainly not the worst office I've been to in NYC, though.
Verified patient
Dr. Kogan is highly recommended for her expertise, professionalism and bedside manner. She listens, answers all questions about your condition and works with you to develop your treatment plan.
Verified patient
Dr.Kogan was great, the exam was quick, and she sent me for testing right away, but I wasn't really clear on what tests were being done, and how long they would take.
A reasonably thorough consultation where the doctor answered all my many questions fully and in plain language . She sent me for testing on the spot. Vet convenient.
Verified patient
Very well knowledge. Like the fact that after seeing so many doctors she was the only one willing to go the extra mile to find out what’s the real cause for my sickness. And this is my first visit with her. I’m very grateful for that.
Verified patient
Great service! I was in and out quickly.
Verified patient
She was very attentive , knowledgeable and provided many solutions to my issues! I would go back and recommend her to others!
Verified patient
Dr. Kogan is very sweet and professional and not to mention one of the best doctors I've ever seen. My wife and I love her. ??

This was an amazing appointment-I was happily surprised by the lack of wait time, dr.Kogan’s staff, and her bedside manner. I would highly recommend!
Verified patient
After my first appointment, was told results would be back in a week. Was not told that I needed to book an appointment to get the results. Nobody called to follow up—I had to call the office several times the figure out what was going on. When I finally was able to rebook, Dr. Kogan seemed a little unprepared and ultimately did not give me any information that required me to be physically present at the office. Felt more like a cheap way to get me to cough up another co-pay.
Verified patient
Staff were direct, yet polite (the office was very busy at 10am). I waiting about 45 minutes, which both the nurse and doctor apologized for in a sincere manner. Once I was called back, I did not have to wait any additional time to be seen by the doctor. Dr. Kogan was friendly, asked the right questions, and kept me informed at all times of what to expect testing wise. The technician who tested me was either cold or quiet, but still quite professional. It was about as well as anyone could expect from a doctor's office in my opinion.

Okay-good visit. Dr. Kogan was nice and seemed like she wanted to get to the root of the problem. The staff in the front seemed a little all over the place. They had me waiting for about 45 minutes for them to give me my referral for a cat scan. The woman said she called my name while I was in the restroom but I came out and she looked at me multiple times and didn’t say that she had it. I went up multiple times to the desk and finally got the referral a half an hour to 45 minutes later because she forgot about me. The gentleman who was checking the frequency on my legs was sort of rude and all over the place. He didn’t even close the door when I was in a gown (without pants) and on the table getting checked. Multiple people were walking by and he still didn’t close the door. It sort of made me feel uncomfortable and I’m sure it’s a HEPA privacy concern or issue. Then he was upset because the tape on the electrodes weren’t sticking to my leg (no one told me to NOT put on lotion). He became frustrated and was huffing and puffing and asked, “did you put on lotion today” I said “yes”. Then he said, “oh my god! Every patient today did this. Every single one!” And he seemed extremely annoyed by that. I felt like it was unprofessional. Also, he sort of smelled. If you are working in the medical field and with medical equipment, you would think that someone should take a little more care of their hygiene. However, I would go back because I like Dr. Kogan.

Very good wish she could have given me something for pain. But otherwise she's good. And understand why she didn't give me the pain medicine.

Dr. Kogan got right to the heart of the matter. She exudes confidence and professional standards of a high order with a balanced, understanding and compassionate approach. True 5 Star care.
Verified patient
Dr. Kogan quickly diagnosed me with a condition that my previous neurologist had missed and that had been plaguing me for years. I was relieved to find someone who would listen and take my concerns seriously.
