“Dr. Kozlovskaya was very attentive and considerate, and she took her time to listen carefully and examine me thoroughly. She made me feel genuinely heard and reassured. This was one of the best medical experiences I’ve had. All of the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly as well.
The wait time was a bit long, and the scheduling system could use some improvement, but the quality of care made it well worth it. I would definitely return and recommend her to others.”

The number of forms I had to fill out as a new patient felt kind of excessive and the questions were a bit repetitive, so I was at the office for nearly two hours for a physical, BUT everyone at NewYork-Presbyterian was friendly and open to explaining things, including Dr. Kozlovskaya. Overall, would recommend, but schedule when you’re not pressed for time.

I’m a little frustrated because I was given a referral to another doctor by Dr. koslovskaya and the number she gave me was incorrect. I had to call around a few offices to get my referrals number and when I did finally reach his office I was informed he did not offer the service for which I was referred to him for. I tried to call Dr.Koslovskayas office but each time the phone was either not going through or I was put through to a voicemail with no message option.
