About Dr. Anna Panettiere
Anna Panettiere is a licensed acupuncturist. She has been practicing acupuncture and Chinese medicine since 1997 and practicing bodywork since 1983. She has a BA in biology with a dance minor from Oberlin College, a BS/MS in Oriental Medicine from Pacific College, a post- graduate specialization in Orthopedics and Rehabilitation from the Tri-State College of Acupuncture, and a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College. Additionally, Anna is a fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine.
She completed post graduate work in dermatology, gynecology and pain management at the China International Institute in Beijing, and completed training in acupuncture for cancer patients at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
Anna has treated many conditions including sports injuries, infertility, long term illness, chronic injures and many others. Before going into private practice she worked at the Mount Sinai Occupational Therapy clinic and she completed part of her internship at Elmhurst Hospital in Queens.

I’ve been so lucky to see Dr. Anna Panettiere over the past year and a half. She’s incredibly warm, professional, and knowledgeable, and of course a wonderful acupuncturist. I find every appointment to have a calming effect, so I look forward to it each week!

Since becoming a patient of Dr. Anna Panettiere in 2019 I have nothing but good words to say on her behalf. The dedication to her work is noticeable from the start, and her genuine welfare for those placed in her care is why I continue to be a valued client. Dr. Panettiere takes time to gather a comprehensive medical history; listening with the intent to understand. Then uses those details to create a tailor-made treatment for said patient, adjusting as needed. I recommend her to anyone seeking relief from a range of chronic medical aliments.

I’ve gone to Anna for many acupuncture sessions. Very rarely do I have to wait and when I do, it’s only for a few minutes. Before starting, Anna does a thorough checkup so she knows what to focus on and often times, she finds knots and areas where I didn’t even know I was tight.
As a runner, Anna has helped me get through multiple injuries including bursitis and plantar fasciitis. I was originally skeptical about acupuncture, but now it’s part of my prehab to avoid future injuries. I can not recommend her enough!

Dr. Panettiere is the best! I go every week for treatment. If I miss a week I definitely feel it. She asks questions every visit and adjusts treatment if needed. Her office is in a convenient location and her online scheduling tool is easy to navigate. She also takes my insurance. I can't recommend Dr. Panettiere enough!

I have been seeing Anna for acupuncture treatments for over 10 years now and she has helped me through many different health concerns. Today's visit was no different in her ability to completely getting rid of shoulder pain that has been consistently bothering me for the past week. Her excellence in clinical skills, kindness and compassion are second to none. I have also referred many of my patients to her with confidence knowing they are in good hands under her care.

I have been seeing Dr. Panettiere on and off over the last few years. The first time I saw her I had slipped and fallen on some ice and she treated me for back pain. It took some time but she was able to alleviate and eventually rid me of pain. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, and has a great bedside manner. I have recommended her to friends and family and anyone who has gone to her has been very happy.

Anna Panettiere has treated my body for general muscle soreness, pain and inflammation as well as more specific injuries over the past several years and I wholeheartedly recommend her services. She is a highly skilled practitioner with a wonderfully intuitive touch. Not only have I received relief from physical pain, but sessions with Anna have also decreased my anxiety and helped me feel better mentally. I have visited a few different people for acupuncture over the last 15 years and Anna is hands down the best person I have seen, I recommend her to friends and family on a regular basis. Her space is warm and comfortable. She also takes the time to get to know you and keep track of ailments in order to provide targeted relief from symptoms.

tldr; Dr. Anna is the best and you should see her immediately.
I've been seeing Anna for a few years now. My physical therapist had advised acupuncture for a pretty bad sports injury. I tried a few other acupuncturists first but didn't feel like it was helping. Only when I started seeing Anna did I start noticing a difference - I had less pain and better mobility almost immediately and she continued to evolve the treatment over a few months to get me back in action. Truly a life-changing experience and would not have been possible without her.
I regularly recommend Anna to everyone I know for whatever is ailing them. She's one of the most lovely people you will ever meet and she listens and really spends time the best way to help.
If you're new to acupuncture or aren't sure it's for you, Dr. Anna will make you feel at ease and explain everything so you're comfortable. She really makes the whole experience really wonderful.

I am so excited to give Dr. Panettiere my highest recommendation. She has helped me so much with acupuncture and Chinese medicine with multiple ailments. I have been seeing her for ten years. I always walk out of my appointments feeling better than when I arrived.
Her bedside manner is professional, empathic and effective. Her office is welcoming, clean, and she is never running behind — I have never had to wait for my appointment to begin.
I have sent many friends to see Dr. Panettiere over the years, and they have all had wonderful experiences with her. I recommend her without any reservation. She is an excellent Doctor and healer.

Dr. Panettiere is an excellent doctor. I have seen her for many reasons over the last several years. She spends time getting to know you and understanding your medical problems. She then maps out a plan of action to alleviate your symptoms and improve the quality of your life. She answers all questions that you may have during treatment. She is professional and compassionate. I recommend her without hesitation!
