We set up a game plan to treat an issue I am having and made it to work around my schedule. Her staff was helpful with guiding me in picking out a pair of glasses that matched my style.

I liked Dr.Anne, she was very nice and warm. Took her time to explain everything. On the other side, the staff that sells the glasses were a little pushy and tried to make me spent more money In new glasses than what i needed. It was annoying and she got upset when I insisted I didn’t need the most expensive lenses.

Dr. Dodgen-Averitt was wonderful - she was really clear about everything happening with my eyes, and took the time to explain what my options were in a way that was clear and thorough. Additionally, she and the administrative assistant (whose name I didn't catch) worked through all the details of my vision insurance, and developed a plan that would enable me to take advantage of as many benefits as possible. Given how complicated vision insurance can be, I was so grateful that they took the time to solve that puzzle. All and all, it was an excellent experience.

This was easily the best eye exam I've ever had. Dr. Dodgen-Averitt is not only super warm and kind, but she also takes the time to explain what she's doing during the exam and why she's doing it. I had a comprehensive diabetic eye exam with dilation, and as a Type 1 diabetic, I have been to many optometrists and ophthalmologists. I would recommend her to anyone!
