About Dr. Anne Dougherty
Dr. Dougherty graduated with honors from the University of Florida in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She earned her Doctor of Audiology degree with a pediatric focus from Gallaudet University in 2006. In her nearly 15 years of experience, she has worked with adults and children in a variety of settings, including private practice, ENT offices, and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
At Center City Hearing, Dr. Dougherty provides patients with hearing testing and comprehensive hearing aid services. She is committed to finding solutions that work for individuals' unique lifestyles and goals. With a special interest in hearing aid technology, she is passionate about educating patients on hearing aids and hearing loss. Her belief that practitioners should treat patients the way they would want to be treated themselves is evident in her thorough, compassionate approach.

I had a fantastic experience overall with Dr. Dougherty. She walked me through all steps of my hearing exam to ensure that I understood the process and results, and she was very helpful in guiding me through getting molds and making selections for my custom musician's earplugs.
I'm so happy I was able to get a thorough and comprehensive hearing exam as an adult and would recommend Dr. Dougherty's office to anyone interested in that or other hearing-related needs.

It was a no rush experience. An in-depth hearing exam, with plenty of time given for questions and answers. Options were laid out, in plain English, and recommendations based on the test results made it possible to narrow down the choices. It was time to do something about my hearing loss.
