Dr. Gordon is originally from Connecticut but has lived in the Chicago area for 30 years and in “The Loop” for 27. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Psychology from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from the National College of Health Sciences. She then went on to obtain her Doctor of Chiropractic from the National University of Health Sciences.

I went in to get a simple alignment. They start off by saying they need to do an x ray and I get to come in at least twice a week. They clearly were trying to ring my bill up as much as possible

I went in with severe back pain during my vacation. They got me in right away and made me feel better that it was nothing too serious. Dr. Gordon was very thorough, took lots of notes, and I could tell that she really cared about what was going on and how to make me feel better in the short term as well as the long. She was concerned about my 4+ hour drive home the next day and gave me tips on how to alleviate the pain which went a long way in making the drive bearable. I highly recommend Dr. Gordon and her staff and only wish I could visit her office on the regular.

This was my first time visiting this office and will most likely be my last. I had an appointment scheduled at 9am (Friday), I originally booked it for 9am on Tuesday but was then rescheduled after finding out the doctor wasn't even going to be in office that day - this initially wasn't a big deal, I had some free time Friday to go in. But where I became incredibly frustrated was with the wait time and the professionalism of the staff in the office. I got to my appointment 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and from there was left waiting in a room for an hour after my appointment was scheduled to start. In the waiting room was another person being seen by the same doctor at the same time that my appointment was supposed to begin (their appointment started on time)? There was zero communication as to when I would possibly be seen. The door to the room I was in was open and staff would just peer in and walk right by, nearing the hour mark one staff member walked up to the room, looked in at me and then walked away? Uh...hello? Apparently there was no time for a quick and simple check-in but plenty for loud conversation amongst themselves (I really don't care about this, just let me know that y'all even know I'm here??).
I knew the appointment would probably take about an hour, hour and a half, but I had another appointment to be at by 11:30. I ended up just walking out incredibly frustrated and upset. I recommend going somewhere else where the staff will respect your time as you respect theirs.

Dr. Anne Gordon is such an amazing person. If I had an excuse to visit her without needing to get treated, I would totally do so. The office atmosphere is so welcoming. Service was quick and it was just an overall good experience.

A professional operation. Everyone - the doctors and the desk person, behaved in a civilized, grown-up way.
One of the first things I noticed was that the privacy notice was right in the packet of forms. So many offices ask you to sign a statement that you've received the privacy policy - even though that's clearly not the case. This was one of very few that actually provided the policy without having to be asked.
The doctors were conscientious about discussing medical history and doing a preliminary exam before doing any type of treatment. They both had a nice manner and were pleasant and respectful.
Dr. Gordon's technique is good. I was surprised that the adjustment went pretty smoothly even though I was new to her and in fairly poor condition.
One thing that I haven't yet experienced is how they handle the billing. This can be a real make or break thing with a medical office. If they handle that well, I will certainly continue with this practice.

Dr. Gordon is excellent! She is personable, fun, and, most importantly, knowledgeable. She provided me with a comprehensive treatment plan and I was able to receive PT, massage, & a couple of other services on the spot, plus the office staff is friendly & helpful!

Dr. Gordon was very knowledgeable however, I felt like the goal at the clinic was just to churn out patients as fast as possible. The PT were great as well but the messages were about 10 min and really didn’t have time to concentrate on the problem areas. Sometimes I would spend my visit waiting and it was longer than my actual time with her. It always felt rushed and they were taking too many patients.

I started seeing Dr. Gordon and her staff for poor posture due to working a desk job/staring down at a computer all day. I wasn't in any pain and made that very clear, but they insisted I begin a treatment process that required visits 3x per week for an extended period of time. I thought this was excessive and questioned the doctor/staff as to why I wouldn't see a PT for exercises to improve my posture to do at home, but they said I needed to undergo a series of treatments before I could begin PT. With each appointment, the upselling and unprofessional nature of this place became more and more clear. They're consistently overbooked, running behind schedule, squeezing people in for condensed treatments, and everyone there, including Dr. Gordon, treats you as if you've never met before. After six visits, Dr. Gordon still didn't recognize me and couldn't glean any info from my file on progress to date, so I no longer go there. This office will try to push long-term payment packages on you from the get-go and only cares about getting as many people in and out as possible for the bottom line. Skip this place and find a more professional doctor and staff elsewhere.

I came for accupuncture and I arrived 30 minutes earlier than my appointment to fill out many sheets paperwork. I was seen 10 minutes later than my appointment time and then was analyzed for chiropractor work for 45 minutes, asking me all the questions I spent 20 minutes filling out and leaving a 15 minute window for accupuncture which isn’t enough time for the needles to do their job. This 1hr 45min accupuncture appointment also caused me to miss my appointment following that. I am very disappointed because I came for a very specific reason and I feel like you wrapped me in a chiropractor opportunity which caused me to not only get a proper accupuncture session but also made me miss my next appointment.
