My goal as a provider especially meeting my patients for the first session is to make the patients/clients to feel welcome, safe, comfortable, gain trust and build rapport that will last a long time.

Awful. Don’t use her. I don’t think she knows she has a zoc doc account. Called her at our scheduled time 3pm, she answered and said her computer said 4pm…. Told her no worries that I understood. She said she’d call back at 4pm. She ghosted me and took my money. Classic …… by the way, this is my 4th appointment attempt with zoc doc and they have all been no shows. Love that we have to pay the full price if we no show, but they have no consequences
