Hi there, I'm Anthony.
Do you feel unfulfilled in your life? Struggling to find direction in areas like work, health, and relationships? Is it hard to be happy with yourself and your current state of life?
With my experience and a Master's in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Walden University, I can help you manage this uncertainty to avoid further anxiety and distress. We can work together to identify what's not working and help you move forward. I use an individualized approach to address your needs and develop a treatment plan tailored specifically to you. I integrate mindfulness, emotional regulation, cognitive restructuring-as well as medication management-to support your healing.
Life can be difficult to manage for everyone... I'm here to help. Seeking treatment can feel intimidating, but you've already taken the first step. I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space to facilitate growth and healing. During our sessions, you will receive trusted, evidence-based treatment to overcome what's holding you back from being your best self. Let's work together!
What should a new client know about working with you?
During our first session I will gather information in order to develop your specific treatment plan. After the first session we will work together to develop a plan including medication management and/or therapy to enable you to progress forward in the life that you want. After working together for some time your symptoms will become increasingly manageable in order to continually grow, heal, and thrive.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
