Dr. Sampat is very professional, knowledgeable and sweet.
First time there, staff was very nice. Waited about 15 minutes. Dr. Sampat was very nice. She took my history and scheduled my endoscopy.
Even though the office was busy, Dr. Sampat still took her time to ask me about my symptoms, and I felt like I was her only patient! I appreciate how thorough and caring she was. Would highly recommend!
Wonderful doctor. Really listens to you and is very kind. Had to go for an endoscopy and her anesthesiologist was very nice and settled my nerves. Overall her staff takes good care of me. Had to wait a little in the office but it wasn’t long at all, I came at a busy time.
Dr Sampat is amazing she made me feel so comfortable, takes time to explain her concerns.
She listened to my concerns. She made me feel valid she didn't dismiss me like other doctors have done. I felt comfortable with her
She is very nice! I understand she was delayed with a procedure. It was just that they changed my appointment twice and then I had to wait. It is hard when people walk in after you and are taken before you. I am sure they had their reasons, but they should have said something to me. I was the only one in the waiting room, two people came in after and went in before me, and I was already waiting a half hour.
I went in for an initial consultation. Office was clean and staff was friendly. FYI they do not take credit or flex spending cards for copays, which I wished someone could have let me know when scheduling the appointment. Doctor listened to my ailments and determined a course of action to obtain enough of information to give a proper diagnosis. The doctor is only at this location on certain days, so follow-ups and appointments in general may be difficult for those with an unforgiving schedule like myself.
It was wonderful very nice doctor, and the staff was wonderful comparison, and understanding. Thank You
The doctor was professional. A course of action was prescribed immediately.
I was happy with the consultation and the subsequent procedure. Organization on the part of the office staff could have been better, however the doctor herself was professional, courteous, and very informative.
It was very pleasant. The staff are very nice
Went very well I'm glad I went there
I was informed that this doctor no longer takes appointments via zoc doc, despite my having received a confirmation online. Luckily she fit me in. Do not schedule with her online!!
The doctor and the staff were very pleasant, courteous and soothing. The doctor also likes to be thorough. I feel confident going there.
