What should a new client know about working with you?

We are a compassionate and judgement free virtual psychiatric clinic. We understand everyone has a busy schedule and our clinic is tailored to work around our your needs. We are open till 8 PM on the weekdays and available on the weekends as well. As our clinic is virtual, patients are able to access their appointments from the comfort of their homes through their cellphones, computers and ipads.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Patients create a online portal account and receive a link to click to access a virtual appointment from their electronic device of choice (cellphones, iPad or desktop). In the initial appointment, we spend an hour with the patient. We go over the patients history and current issues and form a diagnosis. We then decide which medication regiment would be ideal to help each patient and send the prescription to the patients pharmacy of choice. In the follow up appointments, the clinic follows up with the patients and see how they have responded to the treatment plan. Here we decide if the patient needs any changes to their medications or if they can continue on their current regiment.
