I sent all my personal and insurance information and was given an appointment.
Once I arrived, I was told the I would have to contact my insurance provider and tell them I needed to change my primary insurance provider to them.
I was not able to see a doctor after taking time of work and giving them all the information required, including both sides of my insurance card an driver's license.
My recommendation to anyone thinking about using this provider is DON'T DO IT!!!

The staff is very friendly. There was an issue with my insurance and they took time to contact and verify with the company as to why my coverage wasn't accepted.
I ended up seeing the doctor nonetheless and the medical team was excellent with their bed side manner and friendliness and service.

I want to start off by saying this was probably the easiest and most pleasant thing i've done in ten years.
I got to the office and the girls behind the counter were so polite. I gave them my insurance information and they gave me some quick paperwork, and I was off to the patient room where the nurse and the dr came in within just a couple minutes... it was very thorough and pleasant.... im glad I found them because nothing goes easy for me and with them, nothing went wrong!... Thank you so much, John O, 1pm today...
