From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in the right place. The enfironment is beautifully decorated, clean, open, and inviting. The receptionist—whose name I unfortunately forgot, but whose kindness I won't forget—greeted me with a warm smile. She was friendly, helpful, and treated me with the attentiveness of an old friend.
Dr. Cosme is phenomenal. When I got lost, he personally got on the phone and guided me step-by-step to the parking lot and front door! Before entering the exam room, he had already thoroughly reviewed my records from two ER visits, two CAT scans, labs, and an MRI. He walked in with a smile of true concern. I felt completely heard, seen, and validated in my pain. He took notes on my recent specialists I've seen and immediately outlined a clear plan to manage my pain until I see the spine specialist. To top it off, he told me to call him directly if the pain continues or I need anything. Finding Dr. Cosme feels like a dream—he is officially my new go-to doctor!

I cannot recommend Dr Cosme at BeneFit Wellness Hub Clinic enough! From my very first visit, the entire team made me feel so welcome and listened to. The doctor took the time to explain my lab results step-by-step and created a treatment plan just for me. Since starting my HRT journey, I feel like a brand new person. My brain fog is gone, I am sleeping great, and my energy levels are higher than they have been in years! If you are looking for expert, caring hormone treatment, look no further. Highly recommend!

A friend recommended this clinic to me for my family, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with my visit there. Yesterday, I requested a last-minute appointment for my parents; the staff was very empathetic and understanding, and Dr. Cosme proved to be truly compassionate, professional, and respectful. He took the necessary time to listen to and explain everything to my parents—who are elderly—making them feel completely at ease.
