About Dr. Arazin Minasian
Dr. Arazin Minasian is a Los Angeles native who is dedicated to serving his community through a patient-centered approach. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology from UCLA, he obtained his medical education at Keck School of Medicine of USC. He went on to complete an Internal Medicine residency at the LAC+USC Medical Center, where he combined his passion for health care and working with an underserved patient population. Dr. Minasian believes strongly that an open and honest relationship with patients and their families produces the best individualized and evidence-based care. Dr. Minasian’s medical interests include a focus on prevention and early intervention of cardiovascular disease, as well as management of opioid use disorder.

Friendly, professional, and thorough. Although I had to travel quite far to have this appointment, it was well worth it as I felt safe and comfortable. The Doctor also was able to offer telehealth services to review some of my bloodwork results since our schedules didn’t match up for a follow up visit. I like the adaptability in that as sometimes it is hard to math up timelines.

My first visit went well. I walked in and within 2 minutes I was handed an iPad to complete my new patient form. That was done within 5 minutes because I had already filled in most of my info using the link they sent me via text message.
Within two minutes of turning the iPad in, I was taken back into the pre screening area to measure my height and weight, and immediately after I was taken to the patient room where I had my blood pressure taken.
Within two minutes of that being finished, Dr. Minasian was there, and he was great. For the first time as an adult, I felt like a doctor actually listened to me and cared about what I had to say. The conversation never felt rushed and he seemed very present. In fact, I think I was the only patient in the building.
I walked out of the office with everything I had requested for my yearly physical (lab work, etc.) and the whole experience was just so smooth. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor visit.

It was a little unusual that I booked an annual exam but was said that we couldn’t do annual today because of an incorrect appointment. So I’ll have to come back again.
Otherwise I can recommend the doctor. He is very friendly and a great explainer.

Overall experience ce was wonderful from the time I entered the clinic until I left.
The doctor had good bedside manner, no wait, courteous and knowledgeable.
The gal that took my blood test was great. No bruising and not painful.

Wow…I really don’t write reviews, but this place is great. For someone who really doesn’t like going to the doctors and usually finds visits frustrating, expensive and pointless at BEST, Dr. minasian and Elevate proved me wrong. I’ve had two visits that have cost me a total of $0, the doctor was incredibly tuned in to my concerns and conditions and ordered a full blood work panel, did an EKG and looked extensively into my medical history. For anyone who feels doctors don’t look at you as a whole person, well, Dr. Minasian def did. When I went back in for blood work (usually a nightmare on account of my tiny veins), the flembatonist (sp?) on duty managed to get it on the first attempt and had me in and out of the office within 10 minutes. Follow-up visit to be scheduled at my convenience but this place is truly A++

I was absolutely impressed by Dr. Minasian, He took time to listen to me & showed concern...I asked for referrals to several Specialists & he gave me all I needed. He also sent my prescriptions to my Pharmacy on record. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. His nurse took my vitals, specimens were taken & referral forms handed in good time!
I will recommend Dr. Minasian anytime...I have made him my Primary Dr. in Glendale.
