“My doctor is amazing there’s a nurse there Jerry who is amazing but honestly when someone picks up the phone and you give them a message I don’t understand that I do have to call back because they didn’t give Jerry the message or Dr. Dimitri but Dr. Dimitri is amazing I’ve had him 20 years And the callback nurse like I said Jerry is the best but you couldn’t get a better doctor in your establishment. He is 10 in my book which is very very good doctor, and those doctors are very hard to find nowadays”

Dr Aristidis Hatzidimitriadis is and has always been very courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. He explains everything to me, listens to me and answers all of my questions. He is one of the best Doctors I have ever had and for that I am very thankful.

Very professional and respectful people
The office is understaffed and people who make appointments have no precedence ove the walk ins. Wait times for blood work are over an hour and now 5 days later still no word on the results...that were supposed to be back within 24-48. Dr Hatzidemitriatis is great which is the only reason I return. But, the office is drastically understaffed and over scheduled. It takes several days to get a simple refill and weeks to get an appointment.

They are always helpful. If my primary physician is not available there is another doctor to help and listen to my complaints.
