Getting to know Dr. Armeen Rouyanian
I'm Dr. Armeen Rouyanian, and I provide telemedicine psychiatric care to adults across Oklahoma. If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, panic, PTSD, or sleep problems, my practice may be a good fit.
What to expect with me:
• An unhurried first visit (50 minutes) where we actually talk through what's been going on — not a 15-minute checklist.
• Clear explanations of any medication I recommend: what it does, why I'm choosing it, what side effects to watch for, and when we'll know it's working.
• Easy access to follow-up appointments and refills through a secure patient portal.
• In-house psychotherapy when it would help, drawing from CBT, psychodynamic, and trauma-focused approaches.
I trained in chemistry before medicine, and I bring that careful, mechanism-focused thinking to every prescription. I want you to understand your treatment, not just take it.
A few practical notes: I’m in-network with HealthChoice. All other insurance plans are self-pay, and I can’t bill them. We offer evening (Mon/Tues/Thurs) and Saturday morning appointments. Payment is due at the time of the visit: HealthChoice members pay their plan’s copay plus any estimated deductible or coinsurance, and self-pay patients pay my fee.
Self-pay new patients: a $50 deposit (credited toward your first visit) is required to confirm your appointment. You’ll receive a payment link by text and email after booking. HealthChoice members don’t need a deposit.

We are in-network with HealthChoice only. For all other insurance plans, we are out-of-network and operate on a self-pay basis. You can pay our self-pay rate at the time of your appointment and submit the receipt to your insurer for possible reimbursement under your out-of-network mental health benefits. We recommend calling the number on your insurance card to confirm what they’ll cover before your visit.
HealthChoice patients: Please enter your insurance information when booking. Your plan’s copay, plus your estimated deductible and coinsurance, is due at the time of service. After HealthChoice processes your claim, we refund any overpayment or bill any remainder. Please verify your mental health and telehealth benefits with HealthChoice before your visit. No deposit is required.
Self-pay rates:
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (50 min, required for new patients): $300
Medication Management Follow-Up (25 min): $150
We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid (SoonerCare), or any insurance other than HealthChoice. Payment is collected at the time of service.
Self-pay new patient deposit: After booking, you’ll receive a secure payment link by text and email from our office. Please complete it within 24 hours. The $50 deposit is fully credited toward your first visit.
Cancellation policy: We require 24 hours’ notice. Self-pay patients: a late cancellation or no-show for the initial evaluation forfeits the deposit, and a late cancellation or no-show for a follow-up is charged the full $150 fee. HealthChoice members are not charged a fee, but repeated missed visits may limit future scheduling.
