“The office has a small seating area, my appt was at 1:30pm, I waited about 1/2 hr to be seen. I was not seen by the Dr., I was evaluated by an audiology resident. She was amazing, professional & listened to my concerns. After she did the evaluation, I was given the option of being seen by the Dr, which I did not feel the need to since she answered my concerns. My overall experience was good.”

About Dr. Artem Yusupov
Dr. Artem Yusupov is a clinical audiologist passionate about helping patients hear well again. He always goes out of his way to ensure that each patient receives the superior, individualized hearing health care they deserve.
Dr. Yusupov earned his Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Queens College, City University of New York, and continued his education by obtaining his Doctor of Audiology degree from the Osborne College of Audiology at Salus University.
He has a wide range of experience collaborating with audiologists, otolaryngologists, otologists, primary care physicians, hearing aid dispensers, and other professionals. His work spans populations from infants to geriatrics and includes conducting comprehensive audiologic evaluations, otoacoustic emissions, auditory brainstem responses, electronystagmography (ENG) and videonystagmography (VNG), tinnitus management, cochlear implants, hearing aid evaluations and dispensing, counseling, ongoing hearing rehabilitation, and patient education. Additionally, Dr. Yusupov has extensive experience with hearing aids from all major manufacturers and is dedicated to providing patients with the hearing help they deserve.

Stay away from this practice. They told me I had permanent hearing loss, need a hearing aid and am at a high risk for alzhimers and dementia. Thankfully I have a great ENT who shut down those concerns and told me to ignore whatever this practice said. Stay away from this practice like it is the plague if you know what is good for you.

5 stars ! , my son was so nervous about his appointment, he thought doctor and immediately was afraid he was getting shots but the Dr was so kind, patient and reassuring. He cleared the wax from my sons ears, answered our questions, and let my son take a picture in his sound proof box. My son had such a positive experience and I’m grateful.

On the plus side, the resident on duty figured out the problem with my right ear hearing aid and was able to resolve it. After that, it may not have been necessary for Dr. Yusupov himself to see me, but I was glad he did. He gave me a pamphlet about the benefits of buying new hearing aids, and said the newer ones are better than what I have. On the downside, the doctor sounds like a salesman trying to convince me to buy new hearing aids, and I am doubtful that I would notice the improvement. Before I bought the first pair, he told me they would improve my comprehension in ways beyond just making the words sound louder but that is not my experience.

I came in to get impressions cast for custom in-ear monitors. The doctor who saw me was great, but we needed to re-cast the impressions. He was really nice and understanding about having to re-take them, and was able to sneak me back in a few min after I returned. All in all this could have been avoided had I called in advance to see if they had bite blocks on hand, and double check that they do this often. Although they were great, I would recommend hitting up another audiologist who does impressions for musicians often, and has everything needed in office. Still made it work tho!
