About Dr. Arthur Autz
Dr. Autz is a trusted, reliable, and board-certified internist who has been serving the Westbury community for 20 years. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at The Brooklyn Hospital Center. His previous experience includes serving as the Director of Medicine at St. Vincent’s Catholic Medical Center, as well as working as an Attending Physician in the Emergency Room.
The office is open six days a week and welcomes patients who speak English, Spanish, and Creole, providing access to individuals from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
The mission statement of Dr. Autz is as follows:
1. Our office is aggressive in outpatient evaluation to diagnose previously hidden diseases.

The staff is horrible. Two hours wait. They had to email me the report but they didn’t although I called them three times. The front girls they just lie on your face.
I love the Doctor but rest of the experience is horrible. I will not visit again for sure. If you want to save your sanity do not go here.

Excellent doctor! Dr Autz answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. He also helped me with things other doctors couldn’t figure out.

Dr. Autz was a decent doctor, but the office experience was terrible. I went in for what should have been a quick in and out apt but ended up spending almost 1.5 hours there. I arrived 5 minutes early and then waited 30 minutes past my apt time before I was brought in the back. There I waited another 20 minutes just to be told that I could not be given a simple routine vaccination and that they would need to write a prescription to get one elsewhere. I then waited 20 minutes for the doctor to write less than 5 words on a sheet of paper and return it to me.
All of this on top of how unbelievably cold the office staff was. Albeit, the woman who let me into the office was the exception and was very kind and welcoming. But the MA at the front desk was very rude and acted like it was so irritating to have to deal with a patient.
Definitely will not be coming back.

Very thorough doctor. Sat with me and went over the results of my blood test, explained everything, let me ask questions. Staff is friendly and professional, waiting room was roomy and comfortable -- didn't have to wait long at all.
