About Dr. Arthur Langston
Dr. Langston's educational foundation was laid at Lindenwood University, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in General Biology in May 2006. His passion for holistic health and patient care led him to Logan College of Chiropractic, where he graduated with a Doctorate of Chiropractic in August 2009.
Driven by a commitment to excellence, Dr. Langston pursued further specialization, obtaining a Master’s in Sports Science and Rehabilitation in December 2009. This additional qualification sets him apart, equipping him with extensive knowledge in rehabilitating sports injuries and enhancing patient recovery.
Early in his career, Dr. Langston dedicated himself to helping individuals manage chronic pain at a prominent pain management clinic, gaining invaluable experience in pain treatment and patient care. However, fueled by a desire to intervene earlier in patients' health journeys, he founded Integrity Spine and Joint Center two years later. Here, he focuses on proactive, preventive care to address musculoskeletal issues before they escalate into chronic conditions.

He is patient with me. I really need to relax so that my neck can be adjusted and he is very caring in letting me take a couple of breaths. The front desk is helpful and very cheerful. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

I was barely able to stand up straight, and walking was painful. 30 minutes after seeing the doctor, my mobility has drastically improved, and I have a minimal amount of pain.

Dr. Langston listened to my problems & come up with a treatment to help alleviate my pain quickly. I was on the verge of going to the E.R., but I knew they would just send me home with pain meds & not address the main problem. I feel so much better now!
