He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California Irvine and his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. After graduating, he moved to Richmond, VA, to complete his residency training at Virginia Commonwealth University Health Systems. He then decided to return to southern California to be closer to family. Outside the office, he enjoys cooking and spending time with his wife and their two dogs.
