He then did one year of Heart Failure and Heart Transplant fellowship from Newark Beth Israel Hospital. He went on to complete General Cardiology fellowship from Westchester Medical Center of New York Medical College and an Interventional Cardiology fellowship from Lenox Hill Hospital at New York City. Dr. Patil is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Nuclear Cardiology, and Adult Echocardiography. Apart from proficiency in non-invasive procedures such as transesophageal echo, stress echocardiography, and nuclear stress testing, he has performed many complex coronary and peripheral interventions and pacemaker implantations. He believes compassion and excellent professional relationships with patients contribute significantly toward their successful treatment outcomes.
