I am a psychiatrist experienced in outpatient, inpatient, and consultation-liaison psychiatry, as well as psychotherapy and Integrative Psychiatry. I take a mindfulness-based approach. I am a lifelong University of Arizona Wildcat, where I completed my undergraduate degree in Neuroscience and Cognitive Science, medical degree, and psychiatry residency. During residency, I served as Chief Resident with a focus on outpatient services.
I value whole-person care that considers your biology, psychology, social environment, and spiritual background. My approach combines medication management and psychotherapy, with lifestyle strategies such as nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness when desired.
