Truly outstanding patient care! Thank you to everyone at Dr. Zalawadia's office including nurse Florence, nurse Jatoya, office administrator Jordan, and the team of very kind people who reached out to me to schedule my appointments. Dr. Zalawadia is incredibly kind and patient, and I very much appreciate the time he made available for me. He answered my many questions about a new diagnosis with helpful information. That's very important to me, as I want to learn everything I can in order to be proactive in every health partnership. Moreover, I am experiencing some brain fog that makes it harder to communicate, so I really appreciate his careful listening. Dr. Zalawadia very kindly made sure I had the opportunity to provide information and to ask my questions. Administrator Jordan made me feel so welcome and reassured. She made the registration and sign-in process quick and easy. Nurse Jatoya reached out to me and responded to all my between-visit questions, which assured that I understand the diagnosis and how to manage my recovery. She made sure I have everything I need, and is very kind. Nurse Florence even very kindly took the time to walk me to the lab, since I was in pain and didn't know where to go. I certainly did not have such an expectation, but she offered and just took it in stride! Thank you to the scheduling team who took the extra effort of reaching out to me in order to make sure I scheduled my appointments and labs. Most of all, I really appreciate that the tenor and tone of every conversation and encounter has been so very positive. Because it is everywhere visible and reassuring, this positivity and caring is clearly a reflection of the Wellstar culture. I feel very confident in the quality of the care I am receiving, and I am delighted to have found you. In the lab waiting room, another patient happened to remark on this, as well, that the quality of the dialogue with care providers at Wellstar is worth any extra travel to get there. Thank you for caring and for communicating so well.

I am very satisfied with their level of care that I received. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Dr. ZALAWADIA took the time to listen to my concerns, and explained everything well. I highly recommend Dr. Zalawadia for anyone seeking a knowledgeable gastroenterologist.

Dr. Z provided excellent care and was able to see me the same day I called instead of me having to wait another two weeks to see my usual doctor. He was compassionate, listened to attentively and gave me excellent advice. He's one of the few doctors I've seen over the course of the last 10 years who actually cares!
