What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you come in, we start with a real conversation — not just a checklist. I want to understand your full picture: your history, your lifestyle, your sleep, your relationships, and what has or hasn't worked for you before. From there we build a treatment plan together that's tailored specifically to you. Depending on your needs, that might include medication management for conditions like depression, anxiety, ADHD, or bipolar disorder, interventional treatments like TMS or Spravato for treatment-resistant depression, supportive therapy, or lifestyle strategies around sleep, nutrition, and stress. For some patients, it also means carefully tapering off medications that are no longer serving them. Every decision is made collaboratively, and we adjust as we go. My goal is simple — to help you feel better, function better, and get your life back.
