“My child has been seeing Ashraf Sefain at LifeStance for a few months and I will say in just the first session he was really able to see the issues my child was struggling with in home and at school. Lots of Big Emotions. He has a great listening ear and really cares. He changed my childs medicine regimine and made some tweaks and we really saw a difference in behavior and dealing with some situations. It is hard for little ones to be able to express themselves and altough I am not keen of prescription meds (dependency and other internal issues) sometimes it is worth it, and with the hopes that soon they grow to learn to handle situations with better emotional decisions and not need medicine to help control.
Our Pediatrician recommended him at LifeStance and I am so so appreciative of that! It is sometimes hard for little ones to sit through and talk or express themselves but slowly and surely they come around. Just takes time.
Ashraf is patient, kind, compassionate, listens, cares and really understands what you/others may be going through. He made suggestions and has been easy to work with. I can't thank him enough for all he has helped with so far!

I have been seeing Ashraf Sefain for ADHD med management for a couple of months, and have had such a great experience that I also switched my oldest son from his previous provider to Ashraf as well. He always listens intently, asks questions to ensure he understands what we are experiencing, and is respectful and kind. Additionally, it is always easy to get an appointment with him and I never feel like I have to wait ages to see my provider, which is extremely important to me. I highly recommend him!
