The doctor was friendly and good. But my zocdoc appointment did not show in their system and made me wait an hour and half before the doctor was available. I have used zocdoc before and this did not not happen in any other doctor's office.

I had an early appointment at 8am during a week day, since I was hoping to get to work early. But I had to wait 20 minutes for the receptionist to show up and another 30 minutes for the doctor to show up. So altogether 50+ minutes. I could have scheduled an appointment at 9am. I would really appreciate it if they honor their patients' time. I understand how bad the traffic could be, but when accepting appointments, you should already take that into account. Doctors are not the only busy professionals in the world !!
The doctor was nice and caring when she did show up. She talked rather fast, so it was a little hard for me to catch up and understand. She was efficient and professional. I would have given a much better rating, if it is not for the wait.
