I have no complaints regarding the doctor herself; she was excellent and provided great care. However, the office staff is incredibly difficult to work with. Despite requesting a specific CVS during my appointment, the staff sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy.
I had to call three separate times to get this corrected. During the final call, the receptionist was condescending, questioning how many times I had called rather than fixing the error. Even after being told the medication would be ready in 15 minutes, I arrived at the pharmacy only to find nothing had been sent. I spent the entire night in significant pain without my prescribed medication. While the medical care is good, the lack of coordination and poor customer service make it hard to recommend this office.
