I waited a week to see this doctor, just to see him for two minutes. I had severe nasal problems and couldn't breathe at all. She sent me for a hearing test, why? My hearing is fine, I already knew that. She said she'd prescribe pills and drops, but she didn't prescribe the drops, but she probably wrote off my insurance money pretty well. This doctor has a disregard for her patients.

Nurse wasn’t friendly, doctor was friendly but my issue wasn’t resolved with meds she gave me and she wouldn’t listen to my concerns well. I’m going to have to go to another ENT to get my issue resolved which is frustrating because I feel like I’ve wasted time, money, and energy for weeks for no reason trying to resolve a simple ear issue.

My visit today was an excellent experience. The wait time was minimal, the staff was courteous, and Dr. Leibovitz was both knowledgeable and attentive. I would highly recommend this practice and would gladly return in the future.

Doctor was so very sweet and super easy to talk to. I would say this was the best doctor I have ever visited. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Would deffinitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a good ENT. Look no further. My problem was the throat. She easily identified the problem using a scope and prescribed medication. But what I really liked was her saying that if in a case this medication won't help as much she will right away order a CTSCAN of my throat to investigate the issue further. Honestly I loved that. In all my past visits with other doctors throughout my life they seemed like they only cared about not doing much but only prescribing medication. Her approach is different and she cares.

I was called back with another patient by the medical assistant and could hear that patients entire appointment as they had me sit in the hallway. I then saw the doctor. She was very nice with good bedside manner but my appointment was very rushed and she ignored my problem

The environment itself was very crowded when you first walk in. But the doctor was amazing, she listened to everything I had to say and told me exactly what I needed to do and reassured me she will take care of every step. Even booked the next doctor I needed to see for me since it was an emergency. Highly recommended
