I am Aylin Sanchez, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and advanced therapies for individuals across the lifespan. I specialize in treating treatment-resistant depression (TRD), mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, and bipolar spectrum disorders. I had a visit with Ailyn on September 16th, where I explained my situation, the challenges I was facing, and my need for (STD) paperwork. I also explained the submission deadline and that my previous therapist could not complete the forms due to an agreement with my employer, which is why I had to find a new provider
Ailyn asked me to send the paperwork for review and mentioned we would likely need a follow-up appointment. I sent everything that same day, including records from my previous provider, and Alight also sent the forms. Despite following up almost daily, I received little communication and no clear updates. Nearly a week later, I was informed that I would be scheduled for an appointment after the paperwork deadline had passed
The communication throughout this process was poor. Calls were not returned, staff seemed unaware of my case status, and I did not feel a sense of urgency for a time-sensitive matter. Overall, my experience was frustrating and disappointing.

She didn’t show up for the appointment. I called several times and was told to just keep waiting as another patient had an emergency. This was how my first appointment was going so I canceled after 45 minutes

Aylin was very nice and I felt like she really listened. She gave very good recommendations for me to follow up with. The office was beautiful and clean. I did not have to wait for my appointment at all. Definitely call ahead of time to make sure they received your appointment because what you see in zoc doc isn’t always available in their system. I recommend calling or emailing them directly to confirm. I had a really seamless experience and I am very grateful to have found them.
