I work alongside individuals as they begin their road to recovery, empowering them to maximize wellness and achieve their best quality of life. I have experience working with individuals suffering from acute and chronic mental health symptoms, including but not limited to mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, insomnia, ADHD, OCD, substance abuse, PTSD, trauma-related disorders, and many more. My goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment—a judgment-free zone—for every person. I am always ready to provide support and a listening ear while assisting you on your journey to healing and recovery. To ensure a productive first visit, please complete your intake form in advance. During our initial appointment, we will conduct a full mental health assessment and evaluation. There will be many questions, especially about your medical and mental health history. Working together to determine an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan is essential for your mental health and may require multiple appointments. Controlled medications may be available from my practice on a limited basis and rarely during the first session. Requests for paperwork such as FMLA will only be considered after several sessions of treatment and as clinically indicated. Once your evaluation is complete, we can discuss a treatment plan specific to your needs that will help you start feeling better as soon as possible.
