About Dr. B. Jeffrey Jolley
Dr. Jolley serves as the Clinic Director at the Center For Total Back Care and is also responsible for the development and implementation of our prevention programs. He brings over 40 years of experience in the treatment and rehabilitation of spinal disorders.
Dr Jolley received his Chiropractic Degree from Western States Chiropractic College in 1982. He is board certified in neurology by the American Chiropractic Neurology Board. He is also a Certified Industrial Consultant and Independent Medical Examiner. He holds a certification in spinal rehabilitation from the University of Florida, Center for Exercise Science. He has developed advanced diagnostic and treatment protocols to effectively diagnose and treat spinal disorders non-surgically. He has served as Clinical Director of STAT Chiropractic and Rehab. He has also served as Director of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation for Arizona Family Physicians, P.C., where he was responsible for the development of their physical medicine department. He also served as Director of Spinal Rehabilitation for SportExcel, a division of Emerson ProSportsMedicine and Orthopeadics.
Dr. Jolley presently serves as a member of the State of Arizona Acupuncture Board of Examiners. He has served as an associate examiner for the American Chiropractic Neurology Board, and as a member of the Licensing Committee of the Arizona Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He has also served as a member of the Board of Governors of the Arizona Chiropractic Alliance, as well as treasurer of the Arizona Association of Chiropractic.
Dr. Jolley has developed the Back Assessment Kit. This program is a cost-effective program that helps companies identify prospective employees who either have pre-existing back injuries or are most susceptible to catastrophic injury. He is a safety consultant for National and local industries. He developed one of the first back schools in the country, which is still being offered at the Center today.

I woke up Friday morning with severe lower back pain to the point where I could not sit, stand or lay down comfortably. I found Dr. Jolley on ZocDoc and he had same-day availability so I booked an appointment right away.
It took me some time to hobble in, but I was immediately seen by Dr. Jolley. I was admittedly in tears because of the pain and his level of care and compassion was so appreciated. He took the time to explain our immediate course of action and even offered to see me on Saturday if I wasn't feel better. I went home, followed his advice and felt a lot of relief within a few hours. He even called twice to check in on me.
The thing that I appreciated the most was that he was really focused on rehabilitation and strengthening my problem area rather than just providing adjustments, which has been my experience with chiropractors over the years.
I'm really looking forward to my treatment journey with Dr. Jolley!

I’ve been visiting Total Back Care for over a month now. I came here looking for relief for my lower back pain that I had been experiencing for two years. Within the first two weeks, I felt less pain and had more mobility. A treatment day for myself looks like warming up, stretching, using a MedX machine, electric stimulation, and an adjustment. I look forward to my appointments with Dr. Jolley, Armando, and Cher as they have been so helpful, kind, and effective at getting my pain under control. I would absolutely recommend this office if you are looking for relief!

Explained everything in a scientific way so that I could understand why I needed the therapy on my lower back and neck. Now I’m going 2 times a week for 8 weeks after one intro session. They don’t chat much but it’s nice being able to focus on getting better when I’m there.

Dr. Jolley and his team have been very professional and attentive during my visits. I have been suffering with low back and hip pain. Dr. Jolley explained that I need to strengthen my lower back and he has the equipment needed to do just that. The visits are a wonderful combination of stretching, strengthening, heat therapy and adjustments. Their goal is to improve your condition, and this is exactly what I had hoped for and needed.

Dr. Jolley was so nice and patient. My appointment (initial consultation) lasted a little bit over an hour and it was so thorough! Dr. Jolley first talked with me about what was bothering me (my neck) and measured my neck mobility. After that, Armando tested my neck strength and created a schedule for me to come back twice a week for a month to build up my neck strength. Then, Dr. Jolley put a heated therapy device on my back for a few minutes. Lastly, I was adjusted. It was by far the best chiropractic? appointment I’ve ever had.
Dr. Jolley’s goal is to treat the root cause of your pain instead of the symptoms. Where most chiropractors just adjust you repeatedly, Dr. Jolley utilizes rehabilitation methods to build up your strength so you don’t have to keep coming back forever. He took the time to explain the causes of my pain and how he has developed his care over the years to help his clients in the best way possible. Definitely book with him and his team - they are all amazing.

Over the past couple of months, I've been seeing Dr. Jolley and The Center for Total Back Care, and I'm amazed at how much it has helped me during my pregnancy! Despite having a few more months until delivery, I used to not even be able to get out of bed because of back pain. However, the combination of medx, therapy, and adjustments has been a game-changer. Prices are reasonable and I always get in and out fast.

I have been going to Dr. Jolley for years and couldn’t be happier! They are always so accommodating to get me in especially when I am in pain. The Staff is so friendly and wonderful to work with. My back and neck are so much stronger since going to the Center For Total Back Care. I can’t recommend them enough!
