About Balwant Kaur
Steering away from the field of Economics toward natural medicine, Dr. Bal embarked on a quest to find relief for those disappointed with conventional medicine. After treating herself with the help of traditional Chinese medicine, she was amazed by its efficacy and effectiveness. This experience sparked her curiosity to the point that she decided to learn it and adopt it as the primary medicine for herself and her family. She pursued her Master's in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the University of East-West Medicine, focusing on Acupuncture, Cupping, Moxibustion, and Chinese herbs. After enriching her experience by working at many prominent clinics, Dr. Bal opened her own practice, “Lotus Valley Acupuncture,” where she delivers an authentic healing experience to her patients.

My experience with this doctor felt a bit off. It seemed like she was more focused on selling her services than actually addressing my skin concerns. Because my deductible was high, I ended up paying a lot—but the quality of the appointment didn’t match the cost. I honestly didn’t get much value out of it.

I had an amazing experience during my visit! As soon as I walked in the door, she was there to greet me with an endearing smile. Before I went into the room, she made sure that I was comfortable and mentally at ease before entering. Throughout the procedure she interacted with me with a calming dialogue and soothing music which kept my comfort level stable. Balwant is a very kind, warm, and patient individual which definitely comes with the experience she gives you when you're in her presence.
