About Dr. Bana Lotfi

I am a board-certified Family Medicine physician with more than 11 years of experience caring for patients in both primary care and nursing home settings. I care deeply for adults and older adults and value long-term relationships that allow me to truly understand each patient's medical history, goals, and life circumstances. Over time, I came to appreciate how meaningful it is for patients to have unhurried visits, continuity, and a strong relationship with their physician. Direct Primary Care (DPC) allows me to focus on prevention, thoughtful chronic disease management, and long-term relationships with my patients. I provide compassionate, personalized care in English and Persian (Farsi). Harmony Health DPC was founded with the vision of creating a calm, supportive medical home where patients feel respected, understood, and cared for at every stage of life.
