My approach is to learn about my client's struggles, obstacles, their goals and create a customized treatment plan that will achieve and lead to a normal, fulfilled, and happy life. I utilize and practice only evidenced-based theoretical approaches and it varies on the individualized client's needs. The patient population I currently treat is from age 12 and above and I am specializing in the treatment of ADHD, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, phobias, Obsessive-compulsive disorder, traumas, anger management, Bipolar, hallucinations, addictions, painful menstruation dysphoric disorder, schizophrenia, insomnia, relationship stress, eating disorders and weight management.
