In my practice, I prioritize client-centered care, focusing on empathy and collaboration. I utilize an evidence-based approach and incorporate integrative practices including medication management as indicated to tailor treatment plans to each individual's need.
Adult patients 18 to 65 years old. I am specialized in treating anxiety, depression , PTSD, mood disorders such as bipolar disorder, thought disorders such as schizophrenia, substance use and ADHD.
In my sessions, I establish a welcoming and inclusive environment, fostering trust and openness. Patients often find working with me comfortable and relatable, thanks to my down-to-earth and culturally sensitive approach. My priority is creating a safe space where individuals feel respected and understood, facilitating meaningful therapeutic exploration and growth.
My journey to becoming a mental healthcare provider was driven by a passion for helping others navigate life's challenges. I was drawn to this career by a desire to create a warm and welcoming environment where individuals could feel heard and supported. What motivates me to do this work is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives, fostering growth, resilience, and well-being. There's nothing more fulfilling than seeing patients feel heard, understood, and hopeful about their journey ahead.
When setting goals with patients, I adopt a collaborative approach, ensuring their active involvement in the process. I begin by listening carefully to their concerns and aspirations, considering their unique strengths, values, and cultural background.
