The nurse practitioner forgot to send off one of my prescriptions to my pharmacy. I made 3 request to have my second prescription send off but it was never done. During the appointment the nurse wanted to schedule a follow up which I chose 03/22. Today is 03/17 and I randomly received an email saying my appointment was rescheduled and was emailed shortly after that I was a no show for an appointment that was apparently scheduled an hour before I was notified of any changes. They also have a policy that you have to pay $45 for a no show!

The visit was quite fast as well as the appointment however it has been almost a week I am waiting for a physical therapist referral to continue a ankle treatment and I never heard from them. I do not recommend them at all !

It felt extremely impersonal and I was seen by a PA which I was not aware of. I didn't mind the PA but mid visit their servers failed and everyone was kicked from their sessions. I've done hundreds of telehealth calls and have never seen that. Won't be going back unfortunately.

There amazing. I will absolutely use them again. They help you and weren't there any problems you may have by setting up the appointment. They don't get frustrated they help you through it. They don't cancel your appointment they hold on and wait their phenomenal I would use them again.

I have to say with it being a few days before Christmas and on a Saturday, the lady who treated me this evening has saved our holiday. I have a sinus infection that has gotten to the poit of making me physically ill. If I had to wait until Monday to see my PCP, I would not be well come Christmas morning. I also would definitely be unable to make the necessary preparations leading up to that because of how badly I feel. Thank you again and Merry Christmas
