Because we accept insurance, we can reduce out-of-pocket expenses and still offer high-quality care. You may not have any cost related to your visit with us, depending upon your insurance plan. Most patients pay a small copay per visit, subject to any deductible or coinsurance that your health plan has. The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services determines appropriate billing guidelines. These guidelines depend on the length of the visit and the complexity and severity of your diagnosis. For this reason, we need to wait until after the visit for the final determination. We then submit the claim to your insurance company. The charges are calculated based upon pre-negotiated prices with your insurance company. Your insurance company will then determine what amount, if any, is your responsibility per your insurance plan.

Explained things to me no Dr ever bothered to explain before. Will definitely book more appts with him. Great bedside manner too
Verified patientVideo visit
I did not feel rushed which is something I have found to be hard to find with a psychiatrist. Based on our conversation, I have confidence that he stays current on psychiatric practices and medications which is very reassuring to me. He was very practical but by no means was he abrasive or judgmental. I appreciate that he was willing give his opinion on topics that can be up for debate but I never felt like he was deciding anything for me or pushing his opinion too hard. I am looking forward to working with him going forward.

The doctor felt the need to make comments on not liking the kind of birth control I was on. When I see a male doctor, that is not an OBGYN, I don’t think judging the kind of contraception I use is appropriate.

Dr. Chambers handled my evaluation in a very appropriate and professional manner. He was very good with listening, offered good descriptors to help me understand the questions, and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend him and his methods.

my appointment was great it was the app I entered my insurance it recommended this doctor I completed my appointment and then I'm being billed as if I had no insurance I'm currently working to get this resolved and Hope there aren't any issues

Dr. Chambers was easy to talk to, and he listened to and understood my concerns. He didn’t rush our appointment at all and he communicated very clearly. I am very happy I was able to find a doctor that I feel comfortable and confident with.

Dr. Chambers is amazing! He listened to me, engaged with me, and is compassionate and personable. He didn't spend his time during the session looking down at his keyboard to type notes and ask questions from a questionnaire. He actually looked at me and and asked relevant questions to better understand my current situation. More importantly, I believe he can help me manage my current issues as well as provide a treatment plan and medication management for the long term. I highly recommend Dr. Chambers!

Dr Lambert listened and was very kind and friendly. He was thorough in my previous diagnosis to make sure it was correct and that my meds were benefitting me. Would definitely recommend! I’m glad to find a doc I’m planning on staying with for the long term!
Verified patientVideo visit
Dr. Chambers was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He allowed me to explain my feelings and symptoms and he listened to me. He gave me an outcome that was hopeful and very clear. He’s a blessing.
Verified patientVideo visit
Exactly the doctor I wanted. Listened. Not in a rush. Offered advice and insight but allowed me to make decisions. On time and everything smooth.
Verified patientVideo visit
Dr. Chambers was great! I haven’t see a doctor in ages, much less a psychiatrist. He made me feel comfortable, asked follow up questions and help guide me in the right direction. He was also very informative with next step measures and actions.
Verified patientVideo visit
This was my first appointment with Dr. C. He was great. My only concern was related to navigating the app and clicking through the links in the email with instructions (this step is only required the first time you see someone at the practice). Perhaps it was me (i was using my phone and I think I was supposed to use a computer…either way the experiences was not pleasant). I had a lot of issues with the process of setting up the patient portal and I’m still not set up. Dr. C was awesome! Easy going, likable, and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable talking to him and felt like I was talking to a peer instead of a condescending know it all (which I’ve experienced in the past ). I found my doc!
